We provide full assistance to disabled people, passenger check-in, security screening, ticketing, flight transfer services, cashier services (excess baggage, reservation change), lost and found as well as ground transportation to and from the aircraft.
Ramp Services
We have the expertise to accommodate the full range of ramp handling needs including: baggage loading, unloading, collection and delivery, cargo and mail loading and unloading, baggage sorting in terminal, pushback and aircraft towing, airstart, ground power and air conditioning, aircraft cleaning, toilet/water services, line maintenance and supervision.
Flight Dispatch and Load Control
Our flight dispatchers are trained and dedicated to ensure safe and efficient turnarounds and to ensure that turnaround targets are comfortably achieved. Preparation of the weight and balance sheets, fuel loads, baggage and cargo distribution and route planning are just a few of the services our dispatch and operations teams are able to provide.
